Visitmemo helps users record, organize, and review healthcare visits, notes, medications, care plans, reminders, and related information. Visitmemo is for informational and organizational support only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescriptions, or emergency care.
Visitmemo does not replace your doctor or healthcare provider. Any summaries, care plans, reminders, reports, check-ins, or AI-generated content are for informational support only. They may be incomplete or incorrect. Always confirm important medical information, symptoms, medication instructions, and treatment decisions with a qualified healthcare professional. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when needed. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Do not share your account with anyone unless the app specifically allows family or shared access features.
You are responsible for the notes, recordings, documents, medication details, doctor information, and other content you add to Visitmemo. You confirm that you have the right to upload or enter this information. Our use of your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Visitmemo may allow you to record healthcare visits or voice notes. You are responsible for following all laws about recording conversations in your location. In some places, you may need permission from everyone being recorded. Do not record anyone without proper consent.
Visitmemo may use AI to organize, summarize, or explain information you provide. AI output may contain mistakes. You should review all AI-generated content carefully and confirm important information with your healthcare provider. Do not rely on Visitmemo as your only source for medical decisions.
Some Visitmemo features may require payment or a subscription. Prices, billing terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled through the app store, payment provider, or subscription platform used at checkout. You are responsible for reviewing subscription terms before purchasing.
You agree not to: • Use Visitmemo for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes • Try to access another user's account or data • Upload false, harmful, or unauthorized content • Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the app • Interfere with app security or performance • Use the app to provide medical services unless authorized to do so
If Visitmemo offers family profiles or shared access, each person's information should remain separate. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to manage or view another person's health information.
We try to keep Visitmemo reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may update, change, suspend, or remove features at any time.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Visitmemo is not responsible for medical decisions, missed appointments, incorrect information, loss of data, service interruptions, or damages resulting from your use of the app. You use Visitmemo at your own risk.
